After 3 years, we moved from Selayang to Parit Raja. From the past experience, we terminated our account in Selayang and open new accout to Parit Raja. The process sound smooth, but last 4-5 days ago, the internate line could not use. At first, we thought that there was disruption. After 3 days, we called the TM. We were surprised that we have non-payment bill for three months. If I not mistaken, I paid the TM bill according the amount in the bill. But there was a question that, we only received the phone bill only not phone and internet in one bill.
Actually, we supposed to receive combo bill which is the telephone and internet in one bill. We just received only phone bill not internet bill. When we ask TM, they said, the phone bill sent to Parit Raja address and internet bill sent to Selayang address. Hmmm, imagine it is possible to them sent it to Selayang, because now we're move already.
To activate the internate line, we had to pay the non-payment bill first, then TM will make adjustment for coming bill. arrrggggghhhhhhhhhhhh... ini boleh mendatangkan marah .
